I'd call them OVERPAID professionals. The arguments I saw for Obamacare were really weak. Along these lines: 

Professional Obamacare Defender: "But EVERYBODY deserves Healthcare!" 

Me: "Doesn't EVERYBODY deserve food?" 

Professional Obamacare Defender: "Yes, of course." 

Me: "And doesn't EVERYBODY who wants one deserve a college education?" 

Professional Obamacare Defender: "Yes." 

Me: "And doesn't EVERYBODY deserve a decent place to live?" 

Professional Obamacare Defender: "Yes." 

Me: "And a good job?" 

Professional Obamacare Defender: "Of course." 

Me: "And clothes?" 

Professional Obamacare Defender: "Uh..." 

Me: "How about good parents? Does everyone deserve good parents?" 

Professional Obamacare Defender: "???" 

A car? Good looks? Love? Happiness??

You expect government to provide all these things. Let me ask you one question: Just what is it that these people have done to deserve them? "
