It is also a felony to conspire to commit a felony - or to solicit a crime. Calling for people (in the gubbie) to 'give' them copies of personal information (tax returns) is a felony; solicitation of a felony. One which MANY of the FNS have committed.

The First Amendment does NOT 'protect' that kind of speech.

...the first amendment protects the right of the press to print their stories. (amongst other things) It does not however allow them to posess stolen property. If I was king, I would put madcow in jail.
