Why are none of FNS (faux news services) reporting on Vault 7 vis-a-vis Real Election Hacking

None of the FNS (not even Fox or Brietbart) are making the very logical query about ....

"Did the RUSSIANS do it ... or was it the CIA ?"

Seems to me a very distinct possibility - and one that even Congressmen have failed to address.

In fact - I find it FAR more probable that it was the CIA than the Russians - given the presence of ANY fingerprint evidence at all.

Do people REALLY believe that Russian hackers would be STUPID enough to leave behind ANY traces ? Come on - eliminating any evidence of a compromise is hacking 101 - and for any hacker REALLY worth their salt - there would be absolutely no traces left at all.
