I will ALWAYS defend those against whom no evidence is presented - and that includes Monsanto.
Nature News presented NO EVIDENCE - the docs they have posted are requests to the court, from lawyers - and conjecture from a former EPA employee who presented no evidence whatsoever in her filing/e-mails - just what she 'thinks' and 'believes' - not anything that she could prove with hard scientific fact.
Sorry, Nemo - no smoking gun at all. I read their docs - nothing there.
BTW: I have been on the 'receiving' side of scum sucking lawyers that were in cahoots stealing millions of dollars. Took several long years, in federal court - and the suit was finally dismissed, with prejudic ... IN MY FAVOR. Damned expensive - and the thieves didn't spend a single day in jail - which is where they belonged. So no - I don't buy unfounded allegations against ANYBODY.
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good ...
