Well, that's just it ... this clueless "judge" is attempting to give U.S. Constitutional rights to non-U.S. citizens who do not even reside within our borders. That is clearly something he does not have the authority or wherewithal to do - period. It's just yet another obvious example of the idiot left erroneously believing, on a whim, that they can make the Constitution say whatever they want it to say - no matter how diametrically opposed their fantasies are to the actual language in The Constitution.
