Interstate Highway Burns Up In Atlanta

Uploaded Image

I-75 and I-85 pass thru downtown Atlanta. There are a quarter mill vehicles a day take I-85 N Bound. Somebody was storing something under the interstate bridge and it caught fire. It was a hot one and a 40 foot section of the interstate collapsed same as the world trade center. (watch the conspiracy kooks run with this one). Half the interstate access to Atlanta is simply gone. The other half (I-75) has a new baseball stadium build just up the road apiece and they are having their first game in the new stadium tomorrow afternoon (rush hour).

...governor has ordered all state offices to open two hours later than normal. Mayor odered the same for the city offices. Atlanta is going to be a clusterfuzzle for the next few months. If ya is heading to florida or back from florida plan to go around Atlanta unless you enjoy sitting in traffic for hours on end.
