...doesn't matter if she did win the popular vote. Ya can govern the united states with a minority of popular votes, but you cannot govern without a majority of the states. That is why the job title is President of the United States. It was never intended that a cluster fuzzle of city dwellers should be telling people in flyover country how to live their lives.
