Be careful, ribit ... that sugar-based BBQ is east of Texas. Our BBQ is BEEF, not pork, and the sauce is NOT sweet - often times, it is mustard-based. BBQ is THE most dangerous food to express opinions about ... every region has its own, vastly different way of q'ing ... and a whole lot of people are quite touchy about exactly the correct way to do it.

...barbecue! There are two types, one is Sugar based which is found mostly from Texas east and Vinegar based which is found mostly from S Caroline South and West. Hudsons is Vinegar based and if ya like that type this will put ya hat in the creek
