Yeah, but what this disingenuous, mental pygmy doesn't want to publicly admit is that "depending on the circumstances" means "whenever and however leftists want to have their way because they don't like the law as it exists." With leftists, it's always "rules for thee, but not for me."

I believe we need a new amendment to the U.S. Constitution that I would call the "You First Amendment." It would simply state that any new legislation ... or executive orders, for that matter ... would first be applied to the people who passed the legislation or the rule. So, if Congress-critters vote for Obamacare, then those members of Congress and their staff get to be the first guinea pigs to try it out for a 3 or 4-year trial period before anyone else is subjected to it. If Congress-critters, bureaucrats in the Administration, or even lil' Barry, himself, want to bring mooslim refugees into this country willy-nilly, then all of those mooslim refugees get to live at the personal homes of the supporting Congress members, bureaucrats, and in Obama's house in Chicago.
