The last time I got jury summons - it reached the questioning stage - in front of the judge and all.
The prosecutor laid out the hypotheticals of the case - one guy pulls a knife on the other - the other guy, the one on trial, pulls out a gun and shoots him.
The question to everybody was 'Do you support the concealed carry laws ?'. Raised my hand and said "No, I don't". Prosecutor asks me why - tell him I believe that the second amendment allows us to carry arms, and that concealed carry laws intrude on that. Snickering all around - but Prosecutor turns to the court and says that is serious discussion in legal circles and had merit.
Needless to say, I wasn't selected to serve on that jury.
