Mere months. But, then, if ISIL possessed Saddam's chemical weapons plant, what was deployed need not have been stockpiled chemicals.

Which then begs some other questions: Why would Saddam have destroyed all of his chemical weapons while leaving a plant intact? And why isn't this plant big news now that it's back in our hands?

Certainly much shorter than ten years.

And then there is the problem that khaddafi surrendered
his chemical and nuclear weapons programs to the U.S.
after we invaded Iraq.
