Both fairly easy compounds to synthesize and/or aquire.
Diisopropyl methylphosphonate
Synthesis
Diisopropyl methylphosphonate can be prepared by a gradual addition of triisopropyl phosphite with methyl iodide, utilizing distillation technique.
This is an organophosphate poison - which is what the UN report accurately reports (organophosphate poisoning)as being the actual diagnostic for attacks that are widely labeled as being sarin - and it is a damned important distinction.
Diisopropylmethylphosphonate is a colorless liquid that has been shown to affect the hematological (blood forming) system in animals.[3] Its chemical formula is C7H17O3P.

NOTE: Available commercially - BOTH of the 'sarin' indicators that French intelligence 'identify' as 'pointing to' ..... Both are pretty damn cheap.

Hexamine - widely available commercially.

Hexamine (or methenamine) is a solid, flammable organic compound that finds a use as a starting point for a few energetic materials
Hexamine can also be reacted with perchloric acid to form the moderately powerful explosive hexamine diperchlorate.
Hexamine is widely used in camping fuel tablets, either pure or mixed with 1,3,5-trioxane. In both cases, a wax binding covers the small tablets, requiring the hexamine to be dissolved in water and the binders filtered off before use.
