...the purpose of the "card" for purchases is so da gubmint can track and therefore tax every dime you make or spend. It will also assist them in regulating what you buy. For example if you are living on welfare and food stamps and own a dozen or so Cadillac escalades and are not a "good boy" they can come after ya for "owning more than you deserve" There will be a special tax on that.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
