Kill fkng Kim. Bomb the capital to bits, especially where he hides out, destroy all communications, and level the artillery close to the border that can hit Seoul.

That's what I would do. Ten MOABs around the government buildings will do it.

I would only do it though, if I had absolute assurances the artillery that can hit Seoul is done with.
