Well, New York IS still part of the United States, so it should be on the map. Californi-cation -not so sure. *s*

New York - active legislation (almost definitely from some of the rural Republicans still in that state) - BUT .. it will NEVER pass in New York - we both know, and assume that as a written in stone reality.
