Code Name Helene, Ariel Lawhon, based on Nancy Wake is the book I just finished.
The author does a lot of background work & weaves a historical novel that is striking & had me wanting to read faster.
Yet, when it neared the end I was on pins & needles, fearing how it would end.
She did not disappoint.
